We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Description Function Design Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement the Function Design concept and requirements for Longitudinal Vehicle Control and/or Stand Still/Vehicle Hold. For Longitudinal Vehicle Control, we need to strengthen our team that defines customer and product functions. Driver requests for ACC, Pilot Assist, AD, park assist, and other active safety functions in manual and automatic driving modes.


The team must balance customer experience as comfort, driveability, performance feel, excellent driver interface, safety, and energy optimization for these functions. The team develops function concepts and requirements and ensures that the final solutions are good.


They collaborate in an ART, or agile release train, on detailed system solutions, software development, validation, testing, and verification, as well as with some suppliers. The team's function responsibility entails aligning and synchronising with other ARTs such as active safety, HMI/Digital experience, and complete vehicle.


We have the responsibility to ensure that our area is safe and that the system safety standard is met because we work with safety and mechatronic actuators.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
As a team member, you must be familiar with mechatronic systems, control algorithms, and have a customer-oriented mindset.
We work in all project phases, from concept to running programmes, in accordance with SAFe. Elektra, System/Car Weaver, and VIRA are our primary documentation tools, and we use VIRA for tasks and issues.
The organisation develops concepts in software such as Matlab, so the function design team must be able to understand these models.
