Design and Buying Manager to AB Lindex

We are looking for a Design and Buying Manager to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg.



Your role in our team.

As Design and Buying Manager, you work with the performance of your business area; lingerie and cosmetics. You set and lead the strategic work for your team and you make sure that they have the skills and tools that they need to perform in the best way. You work in close collaboration with other teams and departments, with the common goal to improve the customer offer.

Here are some examples of your work areas; secure that the development of collections is in line with customer needs and Lindex brand, you drive the operational and strategic work together with the business area management team and you make sure that set KPI’s related to fabric process are fulfilled.

Higher education within textiles/design or economics
Work experience in a position as Manager (with personnel responsibility)
Work experience from the fashion business
Good knowledge in buying- and production processes
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
