YOU WILL

As Manager for Design & Implementation you will be responsible for a group of Application Engineers, with the aim to build and deliver customer solutions within the automation area. The group is divided in two teams with team leaders; Project Support and Project Delivery. Your core responsibilities will be:


• Develop and deliver high quality services
• Build and support high performance teams
• Resource planning
• Build competence for the future
• Develop excellent relationships with MSCOs and Hubs
• Develop and maintain service delivery instructions

YOU ARE

As the teams are customer facing, it is important that you contribute to a consultative and problem solving culture.

We are looking for a “people person” with great communication skills, ability to listen and build relationships. In order to be successful in this position it’s important you have previous experience and a passion for leadership. You are confident in speaking one-on-one, as well as in front of a larger group.

We would also like you to have:


• A relevant university Degree within engineering or computer science
• Extended experience of working in project management
• Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to eliminate problems
• Fluency in written and spoken English
