Description We are looking for a Business support/in-store expert consultant for one of our largest Fortune 500 clients. In this role you would be working with Shopper Based Design Business Support and On-Shelf Availability In-store Expert.

 

Role: Your role will be 50/50 split between two functions

Shopper Based Design Business Support (50%):

The Shopper Based Design (SBD) person translates category shopper-based design logic and in store plan-o-gram into First Moment of Truth (FMOT) execution standard guidance. The SBD person is accountable to deliver category SBD standard book and customer plan-o-gram timely and accurately. The SBD Project Assistant will do this by developing deep knowledge of both category & store format knowledge and customer system processes understanding and building strong collaborative working relationships both internally and externally

-          Space Planning & Planograms

Becomes fluent in JDA Space Planning (shelf design software)
Owns and maintains the SBD Team’s Space Planning database (pack shots, product data)
Supports SBD managers in creating planograms from PDFs
Once capable, can be given tasks for creating recommendations based on SBD principles
Owns the planogram archive, helping SBD managers ask for and maintain all planos that customers agree to share
-          Tracking & Data

Owns the SBD Trade Window schedule and in-store photos, coordinating store checks and taking photos for SE
Owns SBD tracking for Nordics, from getting Volume Share data, Power KBDs, Share of Shelf etc. from planograms or photos, to uploading the data into power BI
Owns any future tracking data regarding e.g. image recognition, updating a shared database with a 3 rd party etc.
-          SBD in-store materials

Owns and maintains all Nordic SBD materials, from development to scrapping (with SBD & Brand Operantions teams’ input)
 

On-Shelf Availability In-store Expert (50%):

-          Owns, maintains and develops the entire Shave Care Permanent, Semi-permanent and OSA Menu for Nordic

-          Leads OSA process end to end from brief / design / creation / delivery / stock management at Postnord

-          Leads process for OSA multifunctional team (with MS&P&SBD and BO on need base) and works hand in hand with SDO dedicated manager

-          Owns relationship with suppliers / P&G purchasing / P&G central OSA team and qualifies best suppliers for the future

-          Leads OSA forecast for total Nordics and tracks implementation

-          Manages Shave OSA budget and leads cost saving projects

 

Qualifications:  -          Strong written and verbal communication skills

-          Location in Stockholm

-          Fluent in Office applications (especially Excel)

-          Knowledge of planogram software (JDA Space planning / Spaceman is seen as a significant advantage

-          Project leadership and ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally

-          A strong sense of ownership, discipline and executional excellence

-          Innovate – ability to challenge the status quo and come up with new and better ways for handling tasks
