Project leader Exterior front lighting
At Exterior front lighting, we are responsible for design and delivery of front lighting systems and handle both projects as well as advanced engineering. We are part of ART Exterior System which is organized within Vehicle Tophat. ART Exterior System are responsible for design and delivery of the technical solution of Front lighting systems, Rear Lighting systems and Wiper and washer systems. Each area covers the complete product development, mechanical, electrical and software. We are working in a Agile environment.
You will be part of an engineering team that develop engineering solutions that fulfil attribute requirements and manufacturing process demands within decided cost and time frames.
The work includes leading a FSS supplier in a new vehicle development as well as both having contacts with other engineering departments and within the ART. Close contacts with design department and PQ to find the best design solutions. The work consist of Project leading for a front lighting system, integration of the design work both HW component and SW solutions.

Main responsibilities –
* Responsible for complete deliveries for a head lamp in a new car program.
* Responsible for deliveries regarding time planning, cost definition and tracking.
* Lead and balance both HW component solutions as well as SW solutions together with Function Team and the Supplier.
* Lead FSS supplier


Required qualifications –
* Experience in relevant areas of technology for at least 10 years.
* Electrical and hardware knowledge related to automotive industry.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Technical education at university level or equivalent experience.
* Driver´s license B Personal qualities
* Good leadership ability
* Structured way of working, and good documentation skills.
* Positive attitude and Self-driven, result oriented and flexible.
