Your responsibilities include creating and interpreting high-level system designs, contributing to the complete galvanic architecture, and translating innovation into requirements and design guidelines for new designs. Additionally, you'll provide senior engineering support, guiding and leading teams through technical challenges.

We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for engineering and a commitment to excellence. You should hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering and possess fluency in English. Your ability to understand development methodology principles and embrace new challenges in a logical and balanced manner is essential. You should feel comfortable taking ownership of certain areas within the ELP community and have strong communication and documentation skills. Previous experience in electrical design, requirements, and system safety is highly valued. We encourage candidates with structured, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindsets, combined with an inclusive approach and a drive to bring positive change, to apply.
