Design Engineer

About the job
SWEP is looking for a Design Engineer for their new product development projects within the Engineering Dept.


<b>Your tasks</b>
You will work in a team with five Designers and two Prototype Technicians close connected to the Landskrona plant.

Your job will be to drive and take lead of all design related tasks within our NPD projects. The design tasks will cover everything between cut-, and forming tool design, component design, plan and execute mechanical verifications and writing technical reports. You will be a part of a project team and report progress to the project manager as well as to the line organization.

As a Designer you will work with Autodesk Inventor and with our PDM system Team Center.


<b>Your background</b>
You have a university degree in industrial design and preferably a few years working experience. You read and write English fluently.
As a person you are driven, goal oriented and structured. You take on design tasks with a great sense of responsibility and you enjoy to work in project teams, reaching a common goal.
