Who we are
The Electric Driveline Structure team is responsible for the design and development of components such as the housings, sealings, bearings, shafts and oil cooling systems for Electrical Machines and transmissions in Electric vehicles. We are working at the heart of Volvo Cars future becoming a pure electric vehicle company. What you will do
As part of our of our agile team you will be developing Electric driveline structure components and lead design and engineering release activities within your area of responsibility in all development phases.
You will work with component design and integration in CATIA and applying CAE tools in your development work.You will secure the fulfillment of technical requirement through verification activities.
In close collaboration with the cross functional team you will together develop the components within your area of responsibility to reach objectives, quality, time plan and budget.
You and your skills
We believe you have experience in product development and good understanding of development phases from initial concept to final delivery as well as experience working with CATIA or equivalent 3D modelling tool. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in innovation, technical solutions and problem solving. You are a team player and you have demonstrated high level of communication skills, work collaboratively in a team and is fluent in English, both verbal and written.
