Recruiting Manager Stina Johansson, Head of Housings and Sealings, describes her leadership as follows:

I believe one of my most important contributions as a manager is to create a trusting and inclusive environment. Where the culture encourages questions and conversations that inspire collaboration and creativity. I also believe that one should "walk the talk" and I am the first to admit when I am wrong or ask my expert colleagues for help.

• collaboration with colleagues at MAN Truck & Bus, Navistar and suppliers distributed all over Europe
• an open work climate with a high level of knowledge exchange between employees

We are looking for a person who:

• wants to be at the forefront of the electrification journey at Scania
• gets motivated by challenges in design complexity and time-to-market
• has a positive and driven attitude, a structured way of working, a creative mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• has experience in housing design, casting design and strength calculations
• has a relevant academic background and at least three years of work experience as a design engineer
