Assignment Description:
We are seeking a Sheet Metal Design Engineer to join our team
What you will work on:
Work as part of a team responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, technology requirements, and cost constraints.
Create engineering design solutions using Catia V5 and collaborate closely with the team to drive development efforts.
Take proactive measures to ensure the success of engineering designs by addressing challenges and obstacles.
Ensure that the engineering design meets the necessary criteria, including product design, surface appearance, attribute functions, and manufacturing considerations.
Contribute to the overall quality assurance and timely delivery of the product.

What you bring:
Master of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree, or equivalent competence through education or professional experience.
Familiarity with the product development process system VPDS and global technical development.
Demonstrated experience using Catia V5 for engineering design.
Knowledge of engineering design principles, manufacturing processes, mechanical joining methods, and material behavior.
Specific expertise in areas such as injection-molded and painted plastic design, sheet metal design, or other relevant areas is highly valued.
Preferred possession of a valid driver’s license (B).
