Design Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Design Engineer who is experienced in designing high current/high voltage busbars and harnesses.

What you'll do:
● Create and update design data in Siemens PLM (Teamcenter) and software NX including product drawings, CAD models, and geometric interfaces.
● Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and creating them for other members of the team.
● Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of engineering initiatives
● Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience.
● Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration.
Who you are:
● 6+ years of experience designing electromechanical components such as harnesses, busbars, distributions boxes, metallic and plastic fasteners.
● Have a bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, or equivalent area of education.
● Have experience from packaging work in tight and complex environments CATIA V5 with harness module/flattening and Teamcenter.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Good knowledge of product support work and product development is meritorious as well as experience in manufacturing.
