Design Engineer - Trollhättan

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Design Engineer who is experienced in designing and developing products for military, aerospace, and commercial engine applications.

What you'll do:
● Create and update design data in Siemens PLM (Teamcenter) and software NX including product drawings, CAD models, and geometric interfaces.
● Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and creating them for other members of the team.
● Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of engineering initiatives
● Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience.
● Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration.
Who you are:
● 3+ years of experience working as a Design Engineer or in a similar role.
● Have a university degree in aeronautics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Have Knowledge and experience with CAD/PLM tools (Siemens TeamCenter and NX) and GD&T (ASME y14.5 and ISO).
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Good knowledge of product support work and product development is meritorious as well as experience in manufacturing.
