We are looking for an engineer for our Production Test Development. A role where you will be part of our development projects, cooperating with other disciplines to ensure a smooth and well function production flow. The position is placed in Lund and you will be part of our Production System Engineering team for the product areas PTZ and NB.
Who is your future team?
The PSE PTZ & NB team is part of the Production Engineering and Technology department responsible for Axis production systems and the use of them. This responsibility includes all systems and equipment needed for the complete production flow. You will be part of a diverse and experienced team with many opportunities to influence your personal development as well as the direction of the team. Your role as a Design for Test engineer
In your role as a DFT engineer you secure all tests needed for production. You work in close cooperation with colleagues from our PET organization and project team members from R&D and Operations. You integrate different test solutions developed by the PET platform teams and you participate in the development projects from the early concept phase to mass production. More precisely your role includes:
* To plan and implement the production system and in cooperation with your colleagues ensure that the test flow is optimized and with the right quality.
* To integrate hardware and software in our test systems.
* Configuration of test sequences in National instrument TestStand
* To order and secure all hardware needed for the production test systems, such as test fixtures, electronics boards etc.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We believe that you are curios and have a methodical approach in how you structure your work and solve problems. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are not afraid of making changes and try new methods and approaches. You have a broad technical interest and prefer to work with all aspects of the product rather than deep dive into specific areas or details. For this position we are open for both junior and experienced engineers.
We believe that you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Electronics Engineering or equivalent. You have at least basic knowledge in SW development. Previous experience from National Instruments TestStand is considered as a bonus.
The position includes some travelling where you typically visit our production sites to set-up the production systems.
