Design Lead

Encore is a startup founded by ex-Spotify Staff Engineers and Product Managers.
At Encore we’re crafting tools and experiences to help individual developers and large teams, create innovative products, faster.
In this key role you’ll shape how we engage with developers across the ecosystem, with a view to growing and supporting our amazing developer community.
What you'll do
You’ll join our product leadership team and will have a big impact on all things Encore from day one.
Working together with your engineering and product partners, you will be responsible for the vision and design of our core product experience, and solving for how we can better serve, empower, and grow our community of developers.
You will be our first designer and one of our most valued partners as we grow our team and product.
Who you are
You are a product designer who takes pride in designing simple and elegant solutions to complex problems.
You have experience designing for developers or a technical audience, and have a perspective on what is appropriate communication and storytelling for this group.
You have a range of skills and are excited about getting stuck in and doing what’s necessary today, while also reserving energy for thinking big and shaping the long term.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and like solving fuzzy problems.
