So, what are you going to do today?

Engineering & Supply BU High Speed Separators is responsible for designing, manufacturing and delivering HSS systems for various industries: Brewery, Beverage, Dairy, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar. 

As the name indicates, the team Systems Development & Maintenance oversees the development and the maintenance of configurable HSS systems that serve the various industries. Apart from Technical Product Managers, the team includes Design Leads that act as Chief Engineers within their engineering disciplines.

About the job

Your main tasks:

- Inspire, lead and coordinate the development of Automation for various portfolios of HSS systems.

- Secure Automation harmonization within and across the different product portfolios.

- Identify and use tools and methods that allow for flexible, efficient Automation engineering.

- Play an active role in maintaining design guidelines and spreading best practices.

- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.

- Act as speaking partner and technical reference person to internal and external stakeholders.

* You hold a degree in Engineering at university level.
* You combine leadership skills with a passion for Automation.
* You have a strong, proven background in Automation.
* You can think both analytical and synthetical.
* You know how to communicate to peers with different levels of technical expertise.
* Your work approach is constructive and structured.
* You are a team player.
