Are you ready for some new challenges? Do you have what it takes to step into the future with us? Are you an experienced and curious Design Leader Hydraulic with a passion for sustainable maritime cargo and load handling?
There is now an opportunity for you to join us in the Hydraulic Design department team as a Design Leader Hydraulic. As a Design Leader Hydraulic you will be the leading engineer and be responsible for maintaining, developing and improving the Hydraulic Design department.
The position is based in our site in Örnsköldsvik and reports directly to the Manager Hydraulic & Electric Design, CRA.
Main tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will participate in R&D projects and also lead/participate in projects within the Crane Design department. You will perform hydraulic calculations, 3D modelling, 2D drawings and specifications of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems. As a Design Leader Hydraulic you will develop and maintain the hydraulic system modules and write test instructions for evaluation of hydraulic components and systems. You will also release hydraulic drawing documents in accordance with the predetermined milestones in the EPR system. And you have the knowledge of the MGC instructions and routines.
You will also:
Handle hydraulic related issues from production, commissioning and customers.
Support service, production and commissioning personnel, as well as customers, in hydraulic system related topics.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering, specialisation Hydraulics or similar experience.
Experience
At least 3 years of hydraulic product experience
High knowledge in hydraulic components and hydraulic system design.
Competencies

You work structured and analytical and can prioritise your own work and handle multiple tasks. You easily adapt to new techniques and are keen on increased knowledge. You will be working with great colleagues who provide new ways of thinking and care about good job satisfaction. You have good skills in written and spoken English and Swedish.
