Kvalifikationer
- You have an understanding of design processes and frameworks, and know what designers need to enable to thrive in the workplace.
- You have experience working in project management roles working closely with designers in either a product company or product design agency.
- You have experience working with globally-dispersed teams.
- You have built up and managed thriving communities either inside or outside work.

Job Description
To our client we are now looking for an Operations Manager within design who will be responsible for making sure that the operational aspects of design are running smoothly.! In the role you will identify the critical gaps and weaknesses of existing processes, establish new processes, build processes that would optimize designers day-to-day workflow and support in establishing a clear scheme of design delivery and design review by leadership. You will also oversee multiple projects initiatives, ensuring program goals are reached, and other project management selected key initiatives.

Salary as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start around 2022-04-25 and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-04-21 with possibility of extension. Our client have workforce distributed around the world, but for this role it is preferred to be within the EMEA region, STO, UK, DEU or other. Our client operate within the Eastern Standard and Central European time zone and for collaboration ask that you be able to work across those timezones.
