About the position
On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for a Design recruiter to one of their modern Stockholm offices. Our client is one of Sweden's most expanding and creative companies in payment solutions.
This is what you will do.
In your role as a Design recruiter, you will belong to the company's Talent Acquisition Teams and you will be working closely with hiring managers who you support in a pipeline set-up of recruitment. You will play a key role in helping shape the organization's future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people and great talent. You will own the entire process; from sourcing and screening to closing the deal with a top candidate. You will also get the opportunity to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for and with the Talent Acquisition team - attending daily meetings, running sourcing sessions, coming up with new ideas for attracting talent, etc. It is your responsibility to be great at stakeholder management and setting your days up for success!
Do you have what it takes?
To succeed in this role it is important not only to have experience in the recruitment industry, but also experience of hiring designers (e.g., digital designers, product designers, motion/graphic designers). Naturally, you also need to have a keen eye for the right person to the right place, whilst selling in a position in a trustworthy and professional way. You feel confident running recruitment processes on your own and see it as an appealing challenge to deal with very high volumes and complex hiring. As a person you are self-driven and result oriented, you are good at structuring and prioritizing your work and a have flexible mindset and thrive in a workplace that is constantly evolving. You are known for your positive attitude; you care deeply about providing a fantastic candidate experience for everyone as well as to contribute to a positive work environment. Since you are outgoing, kind, and great at communication and networking skills you have no problem to work closely with colleagues from the team as well as from other departments and manage senior stakeholders in the organization. Finally, we encourage you to come to work curious every day and want to find new ways to shape your skills, your own development is important!

Requirements
Relevant post-secondary education
Extensive experience in hiring for complex engineering competencies and skills
Experience in the recruitment industry, ideally from both an in-house role and from a recruitment agency environment
Experience of end-to-end recruitment
You are comfortable owning the relationship with hiring managers
You feel comfortable handling high volume recruitment
You care deeply about providing a fantastic candidate experience for everyone
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, in English
Contract type and hours
Full time assignment 6 months, with possible extension. Start as soon as possible.
