What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Design Solutions Trainee that will design and develop solutions, software, applications and offers to help our customers reach their goals with sustainability and digitalization. Based in Sweden you will join graduates from the other Nordic countries, travelling to other locations, visiting some of our sites in Europe - building an important internal network. To reach the level of competence needed to become a truly trusted advisor in the future, you will participate in intensive training in 9 months covering our company, our solutions, and what it means to work at Schneider Electric. Afterwards you will continue your journey in your team.

You will work in matrix organization and collaborate closely with all necessary stakeholders. As a technical leader for cloud-services, you will develop policy and standards, share knowledge and mentor those around you to promote build and migration to high-end cloud-based services. Provide sound and informed advice on new technologies and approaches, with room to learn, develop, grow & innovate.
Business Performance
• Be directly in charge of the full development lifecycle for all our add-on solutions and services based on client’s needs. Ensuring customer engagement and involvement in the design and development phase
• Presenting fully proposed solutions ensuring clients expectations and criteria are satisfied. Bring back any feedback from clients into the quality assurance process and thereby ensuring our sales teams to deliver profitable and scalable high-end cloud-based services and solutions
• Contribute actively to the internal process of creating value-added cloud-based services offerings
• Responsible for the availability of any relevant documentation of solutions or features to be provided for our clients and ensuring they are up to date according to the latest available versions.
• Actively participating in collaborative forums both internally (within the company) and externally (with clients and providers) to identify and implement best practices in the cloud-services solutions domain
• Develop, grow, and sustain key relationships with clients where needed
Required skills and experiences
• Software architecture and design principles
• Cybersecurity best practices for web applications
• Basic knowledge about distributed systems and services
• Basic knowledge about microservices
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD
• Knowledge about IoT and cloud architecture
• Basic programming knowledge and principles (S.O.L.I.D., JavaScript, SQL, C#)
• Experience with version control systems (git)
• Improvement & transformation mindset
• Understanding of REST API design and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to learn and quickly comprehend new concepts
• Demonstrated strong logical and technical problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated strong judgement and decision-making ability
• Experience overseeing (from a technical perspective) multiple projects
• Excellent Customer-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of different cloud provides offerings
