Are you a creative and innovative design student with a keen interest in fashion? Do you have a good eye for trends? Are you interested in working in a customer oriented way? Then you have the right qualifications to apply for a Fashion or Print Design Student Placement at H&M.

The H&M Design and Buying Office is based in Stockholm, Sweden. This is where we design and develop our collections of garments and accessories for a great variety of customers.

As a Fashion or Print Design Intern you will work in a team at one of our concepts. Together with the rest of the team you will produce and develop collections that will be sold worldwide in all H&M markets. We have two kinds of placements: Fashion- and Print Design Placements.

FASHION DESIGN INTERN: responsible for assisting the designers in developing the products.
PRINT DESIGN INTERN: responsible for assisting the designers in developing the prints.

Our student placement period for AUTUMN 2015 is: Sep-Nov

Come join one of our concepts: Babywear, Children's wear, Women's wear, Men's wear, Underwear, Divided, Accessories, Denim, Shoes, Sport´s wear, H&M HOME etc. You will be placed where there is a current need.

H&M is looking for someone who:
. Is presently studying towards a BA or MA degree in Fashion/Textile Design.
The placement has to take place during your education period
. Is creative, visionary and has a passion for fashion
. Has knowledge of pattern making, sewing and textile materials
. Is able to understand the needs of the target market
. Enjoys working in a team
. Is fluent in English

What can H&M offer you?
. A three months contract
. Salary is 18 625 SEK/month before taxes
. Additional Benefits: internal training/courses, fitness
contribution 1600 SEK/year and a 25% staff discount at all
the H&M-group stores and brands
. Insurance during your normal working hours at H&M
. Your placement will be at any one of our concepts,
depending on our needs
. Please note: You will need to make your own arrangements
regarding accommodation in Stockholm
