1.9 billion women in low- and middle-income countries have their own mobile phones with a great need for smart services in women's health. What you'll do
As a Design team lead, in addition to the responsibilities of the Product designer, we expect you to act as a link between the design team and the other departments. You will actively work on supporting, challenging and promoting a healthy, light environment conducive to personal and professional development.
You will actively collect feedback, understand possible problems and work on improvements that generate a positive impact to all our team members.
At the same time, you will be directly involved in all design initiatives and projects. It is a fundamental role to maintain our culture and work together with the team to support all the transformations that are necessary for the evolution of the product.
Among its main challenges, you are expected to:
Continuously collect feedback from team members, ensuring the best experience for the Involved;
Develop and inspire by being an example;
Align the needs of the company with the team;
Ensure the timely delivery of all design assignments,
Promote team alignment with other areas (such as business and engineering): ensure the integration and alignment of activities involving other areas with empathy, good relationships, synergy and assertive communication;
Assist in the performance evaluation of team members, working on personal and professional evolution;
Exercise leadership: promote the evolution of each team member, recognizing, providing feedback and actively participating in hiring process
Work with the team to attract and retain talent.
Assist and promote the continuous improvement of our tools and processes
