MASKA is growing and looking for a new designer for women’s wear.
MASKA is a design brand based in Gothenburg. The collections are sold online and to 60 stockists in 17 countries world wide. The sustainability oriented, health conscious, urban, luxury wearer is our main customer. A superior textile quality is our mission.
The ideal candidate has a university degree in design and at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position from a luxury brand. You have perfect knowledge and proficiency of the creation and development of garments and collections. You have an excellent understanding of fibers and fabrics. You have an artistic sensibility and a creative vision. You are highly capable of quickly getting an in-depth understanding of the MASKA customer and the values of the company.
We are offering a chance to work in a tight-knit team using the finest fibers, with the aim of creating impeccable quality clothing and long-term value for our customers. The steady growth and entrepreneurial spirit of the company opens many possibilities.
The position can be freelance or part time around 50%.
The MASKA head office is located in a vibrant area of central Gothenburg, but it is not necessary for the designer to be based here. Start date will be February 2022 or earlier.
