Our client in Hamburg, Germany is looking for a creative problem solver.If you're heavily into packaging design, understand branding, and have a knack for perfect craftsmanship, then we have a new challenge for you.We're looking for a Senior Designer who wants to not only join, but enhance our team, whose mission is to bring brands forward with strategically based, creative design solutions.You know the rules of packaging design, but also are willing to break them. What the Senior Designer does: - Meets with clients to receive briefings, ask questions, and brief the team of designers.- Brainstorms with the team to come up with initial ideas before creating design concepts.- Creates moodboards, range structure charts, and preliminary sketches to serve as a basis for turning ideas into designs.- Creates intelligent, creative packaging designs, and is able to communicate the design ideas clearly and concisely to the team as well as to the client.- Leads the design team from start to finish through the design process in close cooperation with the strategic head and creative director.- Carries the job through the develpment and production process, including photo-direction and litho preparation.You have 4+ years of experience in packaging design, and want to develop yourself further.You feel at one with Ilustrator and Photoshop, and know what it takes to make mouthwatering food images.You have a sense of humor, and know that design is as much fun as it is work.
