Designer/Analyst for IFS Cloud

Job Summary
Tetra Pak is introducing IFS Cloud and are looking for a new project team player who is eager to learn about new technologies and business processes for maintenance in Technical Services.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
You will start your journey in our Global implementation Project EAM as designer/analyst mainly working as a Master Data analyst but also learn about our new product IFS Cloud. The EAM Project will run over three years which will start early in 2023. After project closure there will be transfer into the Service Delivery Team.
As part of the Service Delivery Team, you will be focusing on supporting our Business users. This team covers the support and maintenance of several different applications for Tetra Pak Services, and in this role your focus will be on IFS Cloud.
The scope of the job in the service team will be to handle incoming incidents, service requests and manage operational environment but could also include project work.
We believe you have
IT Designer/Analyst experience with technical affinity
Some experience of EAM applications like Maximo, Onkey etc
Agile mindset, we are working with Kanban in the Service Delivery Team
Communication skills
Experience of working in project context
Experience in IFS Cloud and SDM (Smart Data Management Tool)
Experience of Azure and SQL
Eager to learn new things
Team player
Understand business processes and information flow to be deployed as system configurations and design changes in IFS Cloud
