With this position we offer


The main objective for the Corporate IT team in Stockholm is to support Nasdaq associates and to operate state of the art services and systems for Nasdaq. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be supporting your Nasdaq Associates with technical solutions.


Your role and responsibilities:


As a Junior System Administrator your focus will be to provide technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and client hardware. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Stockholm, you will also partner with CIT teams in other countries.


Under direct supervision, provides technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and client hardware


Answers routine questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, system status and downtime procedures


Assists network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems


Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of the problems.


We expect you to have:


At least 1 year of work experience


Experience with Microsoft OS


Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office


Basic Network knowledge


Problem solving skills


Good interpersonal skills


It would be great if you have:


A degree in Computer Science, MIS or other related discipline or equivalent experience in Desktop Support or Computer Operations


Knowledge in MacOS and/or Ubuntu


Some experience with Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft365 services


Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)


Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)


Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
