Job Description:
This is a great opportunity to join the Nordic support team at Unilever - together you will give premium support the Nordic business and stakeholders across all countries. The Onsite Support Specialist is a deskside support expert and is responsible for computer hardware, software (location specific or global), mobile devices and peripherals performing support in Office and Factory, including virtual support and stock management
You are responsible for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests, connectivity issues and software issues. You will also support conference room and the connectivity there-in. The Onsite Support Specialist also enforces client device policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides investigation and diagnosis
• Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines in Service Now
• Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures
• Communicates with client regarding incident progress
• Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved
• Conduct IT training for Users presents and educates IT solutions, methods, and tools to Users in order to increase their efficiency.
• Liaises with clients, other Client´s IT support groups and 3rd party providers when necessary
• Coordinates with Service Desk/Vendor for hardware repair
• Performs staging of PCs- Performs IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change)
• Coordinates spare asset inventory and maintains asset management for all devices
• Coordinates with Service Desk/Vendor for hardware repair
• Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support
• Assists with IT security issues and virus elimination
• Assists Central Teams when local maintenance or smart hands are required
• iPhone & Android support including Microsoft Intune and subscriptions
• Channels requests for help to the appropriate functions for resolution, monitors resolution activity and informs clients of progress
• Has authority to manage small, low risks IT projects at location

What we expect from you:

What is most important is that you´re a IT-savvy team player who enjoys giving great service. You´re able to work under pressure and you take accountability for your work. Other than that, we expect you to have the most of the following:

• OS deployment, Windows 10 and Office 356 experience is required, Service Now Ticketing System is a plus.
• Ability to write technical support documentation in plain language
• Excellent customer interface skills - Good interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand a wide variety of documentation
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
• Ability to adapt to changes, improvise and come up with new ways of working.

Further requirements:
• Driver´s License
• Willingness to travel to other Nordic countries on rare occasions
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
