Nasdaq Technology is looking for a Desktop Administrator to join our Corporate IT team in Stockholm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly motivated individual who is eager to grow and develop their career.

Role and responsibilities:


As our new member, you will join a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. And together you will be responsible for supporting our Nasdaq associates with technical solutions, and to operate our innovative services and systems. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Stockholm, you will also partner with CIT teams in other countries!


Working with us, you will:


Under direct supervision, provide technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and client hardware
Answer routine questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, system status and downtime procedures
Assist with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems
Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of the problems.


We are looking for someone with:


At least 1 year of work experience
Experience with Microsoft OS and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
Basic Network knowledge
Good problem solving skills
Good social skills


It would be great if you also have:


Knowledge in MacOS and/or Ubuntu
Some experience with Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft365 services
Relevant Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSE)
A degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent experience in Desktop Support or Computer Operations
