Desktop Engineer/SCCM Specialist to Tobii

Roles and Responsibilities
You will own, manage, architect, configure and administer our desktop management environment, delivering high functioning, secure and compliant computers to all Tobiians globally. You will have the opportunity to build innovative solutions driving Tobii towards a modern workplace.
Your days will be filled with
Manage and maintain our desktop management environment
Deploy and follow up on Windows and application updates ensuring compliance
Build and maintain the Windows 10 Image, Task Sequences and the deployment process
Review and maintain Windows group policies
Software packaging and distribution
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents
Supporting your amazing team colleagues in other areas of Tobii’s IT Infrastructure

We are looking for someone with
Bachelor’s degree in system sciences or relevant working experience
Broad technical experience from SCCM and Intune
Good general knowledge about IT infrastructure (e.g. SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure, Windows, Powershell, GPO, etc).
Good knowledge about installation and troubleshooting computer hardware and software as well as peripherals.
Experience from working with complex IT environments.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.

Knowledge about Autopilot, Jamf and Saltstack is meriting.
