The Role
We are looking for a Development Lead to join our growing tech team based in Stockholm. As a Dev Lead at MatHem, you will have the technical responsibility for the software developed by the team, as well as being the line manager for the developers in your team.
You enjoy a fast-paced environment and put pride in working effectively and with high quality in all aspects of software development. The Dev Lead works closely with the Product Owner to asses, scope and define the work for the group. As you are a passionate developer, you are also expected to be an individual contributor to the team. You understand how to balance velocity versus good design and quality and think test automation is important to maintain quality over time.
At the core of Mathem is our sophisticated supply chain. We have a set of systems orchestrating the flow of purchases, orders, and goods throughout our system. This position is for one of the teams building services and tools in the supply chain domain.
Who are you?
• You have 5+ years of development experience
• BSc or higher in a technology field
• You enjoy developing and growing people
• Have .Net experience and/or Angular
• Have an understanding of microservices and cloud computing (preferably AWS)
• Understand agile software development and engineering best practices and are keen to advocate these
• Good communication skills, written and orally
• Understand leadership and the importance of building relationships
• You have a work permit, you live in EU and are willing to relocate to Stockholm
