What we offer

Volvo Cars Service Business is a unit within Volvo Cars, which is responsible for the worldwide aftermarket business. VCSB enables a hassle-free consumer experience and drives loyalty by delivering a personal, sustainable, and safe service experience through high-quality and cost-efficient premium service operations. At our department Service Technology, we distribute spare parts, accessories, service and repair methods and special tools. Our ambition is to be the preferred supplier of spare parts and service to our dealers and customers and thereby actively contribute to creating the best car ownership experience for the customer.

Your key tasks

In your role, you will define and optimize our spare parts assortment with respect to technology, functionality, quality, cost, and sustainability. 
You will develop spare parts information in our global VIDA system and create commercial texts for direct sales and consumers.
Important in this role is also to quality assure and verify the deliveries as well as continuously improve our processes and products. 

You and your skills

To be successful in this role, you should preferably have both considerable technical knowledge and copywriter experience, to be able to convey the technical benefits of a product in a commercial context. It is a benefit to have the skills to formulate your writing in an interesting way so that your target groups absorb the message. If you are used to working with user experience it could be an asset in this role. You need to be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge about the Agile way of working and the SAFe framework is meritorious. Experience in product development, VIDA and Catia Composer, or similar programs could benefit you in this role but is not a necessity.

Good communications skills, a strong sense for details, and a personal eagerness to investigate, learn and accomplish results.
