Competency prerequisites


Drive and bravery are required to move metrics work ahead at various levels. Furthermore:






Working knowledge and expertise with technologies such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and others is required.


Excellent expertise of creating macros in Excel and utilising the resources provided at Handelsbanken to obtain data from multiple systems.


Experience with a lean-agile method of working, ideally in a capacity where you got a thorough understanding of the kanban process as a team and trained workers according to it


Analytical capacity to comprehend and explain the metrics you generate


Consultant's expectations


Senior level expertise in agile working methodologies and metrics/metrics.
