About the Project:
Join a Fujitsu project in the public sector focused on enhancing a software-based IT infrastructure in clinical genetics. The project involves multiple smaller initiatives, including building extensions to a web-based tool, automating processes using Stackstorm, and extracting data to MongoDB. Opportunities to contribute to other ongoing projects are also available.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and extend web-based tools using Python and Flask.
Automate workflows and processes using Stackstorm.
Integrate and extract data to/from MongoDB databases.
Collaborate with team members on site in Umeå at NUS, primarily in Clinical Genetics.

Required Skills and Experience: Python Development: Minimum 3 years of experience in developing scripts, applications, and web applications.
Linux Environment: At least 1 year of experience working in Linux environments.
Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in Flask and MongoDB.
Version Control: Experience using GIT.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills: Automation: Experience with Stackstorm or similar platforms.
Web Application Development: Proven track record of developing Flask applications.
Database Programming: Experience with MongoDB
