Arbetsbeskrivning
Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
The challenge
Do you want to be a part of building Scania’s future and lead the electrification shift? The world of transport and logistics is electrifying rapidly and at Scania we are facing the biggest shift in our history. Our target is to take a leading role in the transformation by introducing new tailor-made products, services and sustainable transport solutions. Besides a whole new product range this will change the way we do business and interact with our customers.
Scania is now building a great team that will be responsible for developing solutions around a Charging Management System (CMS) and an eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) for heavy commercial vehicles. The outcome that we are aiming for is a great customer experience for En-Route Charging and Depot Charging. Are you the developer that we need to get these solutions into our digital eco-systems?
What we offer
We offer you a dynamic, agile and collaborative environment where your knowledge and skills are highly valued. You will be encouraged to take initiatives and dare to try new things as part of an agile and empowered product management team.
Work is becoming something we do rather than something we go to. A part of being a great employer is being able to offer mobility and flexibility to our
employees to the extent the nature of the job to be done allows, while ensuring individual productivity and well-being as well as great creativity and
collaboration in our teams and communities
Scania’s culture is characterized by openness, diversity and respect for the individual. The people who work here are our most important asset, so we will invest in you to help you grow with us. As a Scania employee, you are offered several benefits in addition to personal and professional development opportunities. These benefits include mutual bonus, leasing car, occupational pension and flexible working hours which support work-life-balance.
We value freedom and creativity and prefer to work in teams taking full responsibility for our services. The teams are supported by their servant engineering managers. We encourage an environment where it is fully accepted to make mistakes, learn and try again.
Your profile
We want you to have experience of charging systems for electric vehicles and an understanding of the digital eco-system related to charging. We believe you have buildt backend solutions for Depot Charging and/or En-Route Charging. Possibly, you have used OCPI for connections between eMSP and Charge Point Operators CPO, and OCPP for communication between CPO and charger infrastructure.
We believe that you are a problem solver driven by customer needs rather than a specific technical stack. We think that your curiosity drives your learning and openness towards seeing things from different perspectives. Moreover, we believe you enjoy and see the benefits of working in a team and feel comfortable delivering in short iteration cycles.
Interested? Great!
Please help us understand why you should be our next colleague by providing us with your CV and motivational letter no later that March15. Screening and interviews will be done continuously. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
