Our Great Opportunity
We are now looking for an Intermediate- or a Senior Power Amplifier (PA) Designer to our growing team. We are developing PAs for Ericsson future Radio Systems. We are working on all horizons: Research, pre-development, product development as well as after-market. The amplifiers cover all applicable power levels and frequencies used for mobile narrow band and broadband applications.

To be successful in the role you must have
A university degree: MS in electronics or engineering physics, or PhD PA related subject
Domain experience: Minimum 5 years within PA design
Business understanding
Core proficiencies
Several years of experience working with power amplifiers. You could e.g. discuss with a transistor vendor, a Mobil infrastructure vendor, a university or a research institute.
Skilled in ADS or AWR. If you have experience in HFSS it´s positive.
Familiar with all kinds of lab equipment. If you are used to work with load-pull equipment it´s a bonus.
Experience of different PA modes and architectures.
Familiar with transistor technology and different device vendors.
Experience with MCM or MMIC.
Experience with Innovation, GaN, wideband, volume production
