Our Exciting Opportunity
Do you have experience from Packet Core Products? Do you want to get closer to the products and show the benefits to the customer? Our Customer Demo Engineering team is looking for a new colleague!
CPoC stands for Customer Proof of Concept and includes development, preparation and execution of customer demos. The Product Development Unit Packet Core CPoC Program mission is to build world-class demos that prove the overall value of Ericsson Packet Core solutions and drive the perception of Ericsson’s Packet Core capabilities. This is done in a simple and clear way, targeting decision makers in the customer organization and other key influencers.
As a Customer Demo Engineer, you will be part of an awesome team that is responsible for planning, preparing and performing demos in our own demo lab. Come join us as our new team member!
You will
• Perform hands-on work to develop demos
• Prepare the demo lab
• Adapt a customer presentation
• Secure a high-quality customer experience through dry runs
• Finally execute a successful demo on site or remotely
• Collect customer feedback to find out what can be improved for next demo
Your tasks will include steps all the way from an accepted request to an executed, successful customer demo.
To be successful in the role you must have
• Ability to find customer interactions exciting and important. You WANT to show our Packet Core portfolio to potential customers
• Good understanding and hands-on experience from working with our Packet Core products
• Highly skilled product knowledge from a system and function test point of view for at least one of the Packet Core products: PCC or PCG
• In-depth understanding and experience of integration and verification (NIV, ST, FT) including test tools (Dallas and other)
• Very good skills in communicating and explaining our products and solutions
In order to be successful in this role, we believe you are proactive and have a drive to tackle problems and growing your knowledge. In addition to this, you are result oriented with a focus on making the customer happy.
