Our Great Opportunity
Radio PIM (Product Introduction and Maintenance) Test Development is a function within the Product Development Unit Radio in Development Unit Networks (DNEW). Part of 5G product/test research, pre-development and early integration for Radio products.
Department Production Test Development (PTD) Kista is organized in several cross functional teams and have test end-to-end responsibility. The teams consist of all needed skills to be able to solve user stories from a prioritized backlog. PTD Kista is accountable for test development of 5G Test Beds & IoT, Radio Macro, Small Cells, early phase Filters and Mechanics.
As a Software Developer you will work close to global product design. You will also be involved in the supply chain where we have a responsibility to secure quality and most cost-efficient way to implement test solutions for our products. As a team member you will tackle all types of tasks that cover the areas as Software coding, measurement techniques, Hardware design related issues, product handling, pre-development, create roadmaps and break down roadmap ideas into actual working packages.
You will take place in an Agile way of working where the framework of Scrum or Kanban is used and based on the collaboration tool Hansoft.
You will work together with highly qualified and motivated colleagues in an exciting fast paced international environment.
You will
Work with Software Development
Work with Documentation (production files, user guides, installation instructions etc.)
Handle design specifications
Perform trouble shooting and support
Perform Software design reviews
Perform design integration and verification
Drive continuous improvements of our products and processes (Ways Of Working)
Core Competences:
SW development experience
Experience in C#, C/C++ and Python etc. programming languages
Radio Frequency competence
Embedded software programming experience
Good communication skills and social ability
Ability to adapt & Respond to Change
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree of Science in Electronics, Computer, Physics or equivalent.
Radio Frequency measurement skills.
Experience in C# and C/C++ programming languages.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English is mandatory.
You should have excellent ability to work as part of a team but also individually. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge. You have ability to organize and drive your own tasks forward. You are keen to learn and to improve things. We welcome positive, open-minded people who enjoy teamwork and challenges!
