Developer, Scrum Master and Test Engineers within Infotainment

We are now looking for several engineers within infotainment for one of our automotive clients. Our customer needs Test Framework Developers, Scrum Masters, Test Automation Engineers and Test Rig Engineers to build a good platform for automated testing.

Test Framework Developer
* Work in a self-organizing development scrum team
* Develop and maintain tools for both manual and automated testing
* Secure that test framework SW are up and running 24/7

Scrum Master
* Communicate with stakeholders
* Prioritize and order backlog items
* Optimize value
* Make sure that development team understand the items
* Project lead other outsourced packages

Test Automation Engineer
* Working in a team writing test code for different Infotainment feature teams
* Work close to feature teams and test engineers
* Provide test code that is easy to understand and maintain
* Make sure that test cases are running according to schedule

Test Rig Engineer
* Setup and maintain all infotainment automation rigs
* Create smart solutions for upcoming needs
* Secure that rigs HW are up and running 24/7

Requirements for each role:

Test Framework Developer
* Good knowledge in Python and C#
* Knowledge in Java and Jenkins
* Mixed engineers, some with good experience of unit-tests and quality assurance, some experienced in code structure, some in DB structure, some experienced in back-end and some in front-end.

Scrum Master
* Experience as scrum master in a scrum team
* A few years’ experience in SW development

Test Automation Engineer
* Understanding in SW development
* Basic understanding in Python
* Knowledge regarding Python´s Robot Framework is meritorious
* Driven to gather needed information
* Good understanding in test and quality
* Big interest in automation

 Test Rig Engineer
* Soldering and Hot works certificate
* Hands-on as a person
* Good at finding solutions
* Good HW knowledge
* Experience in cable making
* Good with mechanical tools


To be successful in these roles you have a BSc, MSc or similar education in a relevant area. You shall also have good cooperating and team working skills. An agile mind-set is required and very good communication skills. Writing and speaking English very good is a requirement for all roles. Previous experience within infotainment domain is a very good merit.

As a person need to enjoy having multiple tasks ongoing, have a positive mindset and like to solve problems. Additional emphasis will be placed on social skills and personal suitability.
