Description

The client is looking for a skilled developer with experience with EKS, Node.js and other AWS services. The project consists of maintaining and expanding the capabilities of a virtual agent to support Customer Service at the client.

Work tasks:

- Extend Botpress with the required custom modules (Node.js / React)
- Build required API integrations (Node.js)
- Build integrations to forward calls and call information to human agents (Node.js)
- Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines for
- Botpress custom modules and integrations
- Conversational flows
- Machine Learning models deployment
- Other integrations
