Developer/scrum master to the driver evaluation team

Change and transformation in the transportation industry is actually happening and it’s happening now!

Scania is taking the lead in this shift towards a sustainable transport system and we are looking for skilled innovative developers to take on our challenges!

The challenge!

Our customers need your support in the shift to more sustainable transports and you will work with services aimed to help our customers plan, execute and optimize their operation with electrified vehicles. Together with our customers we explore and find solutions to their pain points.

The role and the team

You will be a part of a diverse, motivated and awesome team working with driver services based on connected vehicles. We develop end-customer services with the purpose to motivate the drivers to improve their driving to save the environment, fuel and wear and tear.

You will work as a developer, but also as a scrum master to help the team to improve in all aspects of being a team.

We are responsible for all elements of application and service development. Our team is involved in all aspect of developing such as requirement work, architecture, development, testing and operation. You will also work cross-functional within the organization sharing knowledge within your areas of expertise and cooperating with other teams.

Who are you?


• You are a developer who wants to make a difference for our future and the environment and we hope that you have thoughts and ideas regarding electrification and sustainability in the transport sector/ system/ industry.
• You are self-motivated and open to solving problems
• You have worked as a scrum master
• You have a special interest in agile practices and driving improvement work in this area.
• You are also curious and eager to learn new technology and we believe that you are a problem solver driven focused on customer needs rather than a specific technical stack. We use technologies such as AWS, GitLab, .Net , C#, Angular, typescript and we trust in great communication and you need to be fluent in English.
