Are you up for a new challenge within SAP Retail? Do you want to grow with H&M as architect?

You will work closely with both SAP experts as well as with our functional areas with full focus on securing the SAP solution around allocation and replenishment.

The architect role will include assuring development of qualitative SAP solutions in a complex environment. The architect will also be responsible for making sure that developers are implementing generic and reusable solutions according to H&M frameworks and guidelines.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M architect comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
- Proactively propose new and improved solutions of benefit to the business
- Closely work together with the business and functional team with requirements and high level design
- Responsible for the detailed and technical design
- Technical review and QA of developed solutions
- Participate in development of key components/solutions
- Ensure that development adhere to the decided solution architecture and are easy to maintain
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
- Several years of experience within SAP architecture
- SAP development expertise in SAP ERP/ECC (ABAP, ABAP objects, WebDynpro, user exits, BADIs etc)
- Experience from the Retail industry segment and with allocation and replenishment processes
- Experience with other SAP solutions and technologies (like SAP BW)
- Experience from handling of master/test data
- Business process experience within sales and logistics
- Core development and maintenance processes, methods and documents
- Experience from large, global organizations
- Experience from working in multinational environments with off shoring
