Purpose of the job
The Development Centre Configuration Manager is in charge of leading the transformation of the Configuration Management discipline within DC Sweden. The DC Configuration Manager is also participating, in collaboration with the DC Quality Manager and the DC Performance Manager to ensure that the Configuration Management discipline supports the ways of working in the development project the best way. The DC Configuration Manager oversees and is leading the configuration management and improvements included alignment to new tools and processes related to configuration management within DC Sweden. The DC Configuration Manager is also participating, in collaboration with the DC Quality Manager, to the Performance improvement actions (including, for example, the definition of Programs and DC Performance KPIs followed in monthly DC Performance Reviews).


Responsibilities:

Act as DC Sweden functional leader for CM discipline;
Establish and lead CM functional group within DC Sweden;
Lead, consolidate and report ongoing internal and external activities within CM discipline which affect DC Sweden;
Develop, Deploy and Maintain DC Sweden Change Management governance, structure and processes;
Oversee Program set up and process compliance from a CM perspective;
Lead product and CM coordination, together with stakeholders in other DC and D&IS NORR when having joint development;
Lead standardization across DC Sweden within CM discipline harmonized with external rules and processes;
Contribute to the development of DC Sweden;
Develop "One" team spirit;

Qualifications:

Min. 5 of experience in Configuration Management;
Experiences in Procurement and Controlling;
Experience in Railway/Construction/Automotive industry;
Advanced Planning knowledge;
Empathic and good team leadership spirit in multi-cultural environment;
Experience in solving complex problems;
Outstanding analytical and data management skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Initiatives, self-motivated, curious and quick learning;
Strong focus on finding solutions;
Fluency in English.
