The department New Concept & Systems Studies at Radar Solutions is looking for a new colleague in times of many interesting projects. Are you an engineer who wants to work at the technology forefront, and learn more about Operational Analysis and Tactical simulations? Then you are the one we are looking for!



Your role

The aim of the role is analyse the impact of technology in military missions, and setting our products, concepts, technical possibilities and capabilities in an operational context and measure its operational effect.

Sensor theory and mathematic statistics

Development of behavior models

Analysis of customers' operational capabilities and challenges



Your profile

You are a person with drive and good analytical ability who enjoy working in teams, comfortable in taking a leading role. You always look after the best of the whole. The work is carried out in close collaboration with customer, product managers, program managers, strategy, marketing and sales, and development engineers. You represent the view of products' capabilities and we therefore assume that you are communicative and initiative taking. You are goal- oriented, like working with people, are open to new ideas and have a genuine interest in technology and its application.

Required skills:

Msc in mathematics, data science, physics, electrical engineering, or equivalent
*

Hands on experience of programming, modelling and statistical mathematics
*

Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, verbal and written
*

Driven to find the combination of theory in an operational context



Desired skills:

Knowledge in System design
*

Knowledge in Matlab
*

Knowledge in Python
*

Knowledge in visual presentation
*

Experience from the use of military products



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be part of the department New Concepts & Systems Studies, which has the responsible to develop new concepts and perform system studies of new technology and capabilities for our existing and future products. The department consist of 16 systems engineers today.
