Through the application of your project management, technical, and process skills, you will make a significant impact on the path of Allergon and IDD. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure the continuous delivery of exceptional products through efficient and reliable processes. Your ability to analyze and develop structured solutions will be key in meeting the high expectations of our customers. Join our team of 3 engineers and 3 technicians as we drive projects and implement improvements to achieve safety, quality, growth, and productivity through innovative and robust solutions. In this diverse position, as the Development Engineer, you will participate in product and process development, validation tasks, and daily troubleshooting, relying on your full range of abilities.
Your responsibilities:
Develop processes and products to meet customers' and company requirements.
Validate, qualify, and document both existing and new equipment.
Perform data analytics, identifying critical parameters, lead time, and efficiency.
Drive LEAN/Six Sigma Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Act as the technical counterpart to internal and external customers, transforming their needs into efficient and reliable processes meeting high-quality standards.
Be involved in project management, including specifying, installing, and qualifying at GMP level.
Run projects, coordinate contractors, and conduct design reviews.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Science, Technical subject area, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience in the mentioned fields will also be considered.
Project management and LEAN programs will be seen as a merit.
Experience in a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.
Proficiency in project management tools like project plans, cost control, risk management, and prioritization based on different parameters.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with all levels in the organization from operators to site leadership.
Experienced in applying LEAN tools like visual management, data analysis, and process mapping.
