Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.We the Packaging Material Treatment Equipment group are global owner of the equipment specifications (creasing, punching, perforation, hole cut) and it's mechanical performance reference to development and installed base. As Development Engineer within Packaging Material you will have the opportunity to work independently with varied tasks in an innovative environment.You will be deeply involved in leading edge technology and will have the ability to realize your own ideas.Your main responsibilities in this role will be to: .Develop new solutions and competence within existing product line .Test and validate technical solutions .Perform simulations both practically on site and in the design - tools .Be responsible for the implementation and practical follow up on site The successful candidate will need to have 2-5 years experience from industry focused machine development projects.Essential is that you have a very strong interest in packaging solutions, openings, forming and packaging material.As we work with global contacts you need to have excellent English skills, both verbal and written.You should be innovative, curious and passionate about your field of expertise and able to drive your own work independently.Furthermore you are analytical, organized and work well in teams and networks.
