Development Engineer Dispersion Coating

As part of Development & Engineering, the D&E Packaging Material organisation is responsible to develop, maintain and implement world class packaging material and converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions." The Packaging Material Green House organisation is responsible to come up with new innovative Packaging Material technologies in order for Tetra Pak to be competitive in the future.

We are now looking for a Development Engineer to work with our development with dispersion coating technologies.

Main responsibilities

-Develop test programs
-Perform tests, analyze results, draw conclusions and document results
-Scout and generate new ideas
-Spread knowledge of new technologies and help out with the new technology implementation


Kvalifikationer

To be successful in the role as Development Engineer you are passionate about finding new technologies and possess the ability to evaluate future benefits.You have an analytical and structured mindset together with a drive to deliver results which is a requirement for the position.You are a strong believer in what you do and you are able to raise your voice within the team.You will be working with early stage development, therefore understanding when and how to hand over ideas to the rest of the organisation is crucial.

We belive that you have 3-5 years experience working within development organisations focusing on material development.You have an educational background within engineering.
