Development Engineer Engine Auxiliary Systems

Core Responsibilities: In order to strengthen the department?s competence and capacity to meet future exhaust emission requirements, we are now looking for a development engineer in the area of engine auxiliary components. Within this function you will be responsible in engine auxiliary component projects to specify, develop and design hardware components needed in order to install our engines in different machines. You will also support quality assuring activities of the components as well as for the complete systems. Part of the time you will also be editing installation documentation of engines and perform associated installation audits. The work is carried out in close co-operation with engine development, our different product platforms and sub-suppliers. Required Competencies: High ability to plan and structure work Very high power of initiatives Interest for and knowledge of engines is seen as a merit High knowledge in written and spoken English, since the work is done in an international environment Minimum Education Required: M.Sc or B.Sc with experience of mechanical design work
