Scania Industrial Maintenance AB is a technical production support company and part of Scania CV AB, which is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. We have a wide range of services in industrial projects as well as responsibility for production and plant maintenance. We have special expertise in areas such as automation, control and regulations, as well as electricity. We work together to continuously improve our deliveries, methods and expertise.

At the moment, an exciting work is underway to establish a new production facility in China. We are looking for a committed and experienced change manager at Scania Industrial Maintenance. You will be part of an internationally dedicated project team of project managers and maintenance engineers working together to perform and develop world-class maintenance for a new production facility in China.

Your role
Your responsibility will be to implement Scania's standardized way of working and methods in our future local organization in China. You will be involved in setting the organizational structure and roles, including training the organization before start of production.

You have an important indirect leadership role where your responsibility is to support a future Chinese organization with the support of established working methods.

We are looking for you who are a graduate engineer or have equivalent professional experience with several years of experience in maintenance. You have experience in production, maintenance and change management as well as high knowledge in reliability and  cost-effective maintenance, for example, Total Productive maintenance and LEAN.

In order to succeed in this role, we believe that you are a team player who enjoys challenges and work with people and organizational development.

As a person, you are self-motivated and structured with a good ability to run projects / assignments to the end. On top of that, you contribute with your communication and pedagogical skills and are committed to train your colleagues.

Your location
