Development Engineer Lamination Technology

Lamination Technology is a Tetra Pak Key Technology and manages and develops technologies and competencies within the area of lamination and extrusion coating.Our work will lead either to improve Tetra Pak's existing packaging materials and converting processes or to create new, future packaging material alternatives and converting solutions.

We can offer you a creative and stimulating work environment, where you will be involved in nurturing Tetra Pak's front edge position within lamination technologies and converting.

You will be working within one of our key competence areas, Lamination Technology and Extrusion Coating, and your main task will be to perform computer simulations, analyse the results and test and participate in implementing the results in the production process.The position will include approximately 30 travel days per year.


Kvalifikationer

The person we are looking for is a team player who has good networking skills combined with a strong personal drive.You have the ability to analyse and verify complex data in reality.You have an in-built curiosity and want to find the best solution.


We believe that you have at least a MSc in Chemistry, preferably within the area of polymers.It is important that you have experience from simulations, preferably FEM-simulations or equivalent.It is beneficial if you have previous experience from plastic or paper processing and/or heat transferring.

A good command in English, both written and spoken is required.
