Development Engineer - Lund

Assignment Description:
We are seeking a Development Engineer to join our team and work within the Material Solutions team, specifically focusing on packaging material and package development.
What you will work on:
Participate as a member of a scrum team, translating requirements into sub-system requirements and technical specifications for the assigned area of competence.
Support the translation of requirements into packaging material and package design.
Define the verification and validation (V&V) strategy for packaging material and package aspects in technology and product development projects, and execute it.
Write test specifications, analyze test results, and document findings through reports.
Coordinate and execute packaging material and package activities in adherence to established procedures, standards, and methods, collaborating with suppliers, specialists, laboratories, and converting factories.
Conduct root cause investigations into packaging material and package performance and functionality issues.
Perform risk assessments for packaging material and package components.
Develop and implement new procedures, test methods, and validation approaches as per requirements.

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in product development within the packaging industry.
Familiarity with technical test methodologies related to packaging.
Knowledge of Packaging Material, Food Package Interaction, and Statistics.
Proficiency in Physical Testing methods.
Understanding of Requirement Management procedures.
Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum is a plus.
