Did you recently graduate as a chemical engineer/chemist and are interested working within R&D? Then Nouryon have the perfect opportunity for you to kick start your career. We are now looking for a Development Engineer to join our Colloidal Silica R&D team in Bohus.
As Development Engineer for our Levasil Colloidal Silica product line you will focus on product development and work hands on in the laboratory as well as in the pilot plant. If you think this sounds fun, you should definitely apply, and we might become colleagues!


In your future role as Development engineer you will


• Run lab scale trials, summarize results in written reports
• Participate in product development projects
• Compile and analyze data to support trouble-shooting and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain and promote a safe work environment


We believe you bring


• A Master's Degree in chemical engineering/chemistry or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering/chemistry and a few years of relevant experience
• Experience working in laboratory
• Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing


Great if you have


• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Experience working in pilot scale
• Background in Silica Chemistry, Material Science, Physical Chemistry or Inorganic Chemistry
